Expert treatment for shoulder and elbow conditions in Harley Street

With nearly 20 years' experience in the field, Mr Sinnerton offers expert assessment and treatment for the full range of conditions affecting the shoulder and elbow, including rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder, arthritis, fractures, tendon problems and dislocations.  Carefully developing treatment plans to suit the circumstances of each individual, he works with tried and tested physical therapists to find a non-surgical solution, wherever possible.

In cases where surgery is indicated, Mr Sinnerton is highly skilled in the most up-to-date surgical techniques, including arthroscopic (keyhole) shoulder and elbow surgery that minimises scarring and allows for a faster recovery compared to conventional techniques.  An expert in shoulder replacement surgery, he has a national and international reputation in the use of reverse geometry shoulder replacement, a specialist technique for patients who have both shoulder arthritis and irreversible damage to the rotator cuff.
