Father and son Albert and Michel Roux Jr are working together for the first time in 19 years in a new collaboration with The Langham Hotel, London W1. This new partnership brings the Roux’s legendary culinary expertise and creativity to the newly re-named Roux at The Landau, their second West End address.

With its own dedicated entrance on Portland Place opposite BBC Broadcasting House, Roux at The Landau is the stunning David Collins designed signature restaurant at Langham Hotels’ flagship property - The Langham, London.
Roux protégé Chris King has been chosen as Chef de Cuisine, Michel Roux Jr says of the new Chef: “Chris King is a rising star, and his menus reflect the Roux trademark style of classically-constructed French dishes, blended with today’s tastes for lighter choices. He has a modern approach to combining ingredients, and a contemporary style of presentation.”
Some classic British dishes, which are customer favourites, will also feature on the menu.
